{"id":90,"date":"2008-01-15T11:24:55","date_gmt":"2008-01-14T22:24:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/leler.com\/blog\/?p=90"},"modified":"2009-03-28T18:07:10","modified_gmt":"2009-03-29T01:07:10","slug":"day-in-ushuaia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/leler.com\/blog\/day-in-ushuaia\/","title":{"rendered":"Day in Ushuaia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The weather here changes faster than it does in Portland!\u00a0 Woke up this morning and it was a bit cloudy, but nice.\u00a0 Went to breakfast and when we were coming back it was suddenly pouring rain!\u00a0 Then it stopped, then it started again.<\/p>\n<p>So instead of going hiking somewhere, we just headed downtown and spent the day shopping and wandering around.\u00a0 Ushuaia has an amazing number of flowers, especially lupins (which are HUGE and of all kinds of colors), foxgloves, poppies, and scotch broom.<\/p>\n<p>Finally found a t-shirt I liked.\u00a0 I only brought 2 t-shirts with me because of the aformentioned luggage limits, and I figured I would buy one or two while here.\u00a0 Of course, I mainly needed t-shirts for Buenos Aires and for Iguazu Falls, where it was very hot!
